I have not received the cushion cover and therefore cannot review it. However, I can review the company. There is no such thing as customer service. No one is ever available by phone — calls always go to voicemail. Also, no one responds to emails. I shall be going to my bank to see if they can resolve this matter so that I can get a refund. This company is terrible, and would never order from them again. Unless you want stress and a headache, don’t bother with Birch & Yarn. Btw, also outstanding are key rings in the same order, which I also have not received. Another complaint is that there is no update on delivery information. This company is totally useless!
