Item was delivered significantly damaged, company has absolutely no intention of rectifying the issue.
Despite replying to the first couple of e-mails, and admitting that the item was damaged in transit, they are now not responding to any attempt to contact them, forcing me to try and reclaim purchase cost from card issuer/small claims.
