According to their shipping guidelines I should’ve received my parcel 10 days after the purchase was made, at most. Over a month went by until I received my parcel, which doesn't even match the pictures on the website, and which I now can't return as the 14 day return period has already passed. Since the issue began I tried sending messages through Birch & Yarn's platform, I’ve tried using their chat service, and I haven't had any reply. I’ve called the number on the website multiple times, during 11am to 7pm which are the hours of operation and it goes straight to voicemail. Your Instagram doesn't accept messages from anyone, so not a good channel of usage either.
