Orange Hand Painted Window Mirror

The glass is broken in the mirror and I have been trying to contact customer services for a week. No reply to e.mails, chat or numerous voicemails.
Still waiting for contact about replacement or refund.

Such a beautiful hand painted mirror, I was so excited to receive it - but sadly there is a small crack in the corner.
Luckily it’s going to be outside so not a huge issue but still a bit disappointing.
Just to say there was no fragile or handle with care info written on the delivery box which is probably why it was damaged.

This is a beautiful vibrant mirror, the painting is immaculate. Bought as a gift and the recipient loves it.

This company is a scam. I wish I read all the reviews before ordering and checked their Instagram account properly. So many unhappy customers. I ordered a mirror and it arrived with a scratch on it and they do not answer their emails, and have no customer service. I have reported them to Citizens Advice consumer service!
