I strongly advise against ordering from this shop. I have not received my order, and despite reaching out to their customer care team multiple times, I have not received any response. I'm very disappointed with the lack of communication and assistance regarding my undelivered item.

Returned product as although very nice it didn’t suit room. No refund 2 weeks on…. No communication…. Can’t get any response by phone, email etc. very disappointed

Photographs cannot explain the softness underfoot along with the innocence of the drawings & symbols leads to raise a quiet smile every time I enter the room.
