Hello, I sent the item back for a full refund as it was 100% polyester and not 100% cotton as stated in description. Still waiting for acknowledgment of receiving item and the refund.

Awful service, awful treatment of customers. I'm due a refund after being sent a faulty product. A month later and after numerous phone calls to the mobile which doesn't appear to be attached to Birch and Yarn, emails and voicemails, I have been ignored and am still owed my money back.
