I ordered two cushion covers and one had a faulty zip. The zip quality is very poor. Emailed for help as there was no return/refund information available in the parcel or on the website. Had an address sent in a very brief email but no response about how to send or how to claim a refund for faulty goods. Still waiting for further information.
Ordered 3 cushion covers, one arrived damaged, I emailed birch & yarn with photos the same day and over 2 weeks later still no reply. Beautiful cushion covers, but disappointed with the damage & customer service
