The cabinet is great, but... Customer service is pretty poor. I left two emails and a voice on the phone number supplied, none of these were picked and replied to. I was anxious because it was closing in on the 10 day deadline for delivery and I couldn't track on Shop. Having raised these issues on the company reviews on FB I was told that there was a delay because the pallet was held up by the pallet company. I contacted the pallet company who in email and via phone told me the cabinet had only been picked up on the day I made the enquiries, which was the Friday, close to the 10 days it would have been delivered by. When the cabinet turned up it was wet on one side within the packaging as it had been outside at some point waiting for delivery on the Monday. This is a true representation of what occurred with my order.
